These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Unscramble Words (the “Site”), available at unscramblewords.abacusai.app. By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. The Service

Unscramble Words provides a free word unscrambler for Scrabble, Words with Friends, SOWPODS and English dictionaries, a Daily Word Scramble Battle, a weekly leaderboard, and related content. The Site may change, be updated, or be discontinued at any time.

2. Acceptable Use

• You must not use the Site to break the law or infringe anyone's rights.
• You must not attempt to cheat the Daily Battle or weekly leaderboard (for example, by scripting, automating gameplay, sharing accounts, or tampering with client-side code). Submissions we determine to be invalid may be disqualified without notice.
• You must not reverse-engineer, scrape at a scale that overloads our servers, or redistribute large portions of the Site.
• You are responsible for anything that happens under your account and for keeping your password confidential.

3. Accounts

To play the Daily Battle you need a free account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Weekly Prize

Each week one winner may be awarded a prize described on the Weekly Prize page. Participation requires a free account and a valid fastest solve time for the week. Prize eligibility, method of delivery, and substitution are at our sole discretion. Attempts flagged as invalid do not count. Where required by law, residency restrictions or minimum-age requirements (18+) may apply.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content are protected by copyright and other laws. Scrabble® and Words with Friends® are trademarks of their respective owners and are not affiliated with this Site. Dictionary word lists are provided for personal, non-commercial reference only.

6. Third-Party Links and Affiliate Disclosures

The Site contains links to third-party websites (including Amazon product pages). Some links are affiliate links — we may earn a commission if you purchase through them, at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for the content, practices, or privacy policies of third-party sites.

7. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Word lists and definitions may contain errors. The Site is not affiliated with Hasbro, Mattel, Zynga, or any official word-game publisher.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or to us.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
